Product Description

Green Melamine HMR MDF is a green melamine-faced high-moisture-proof medium-density fiberboard.

Material and composition
1. Medium-density fiberboard substrate: a man-made board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw materials, which is crushed, fiber separated, dried, and then applied with urea-formaldehyde resin or other suitable adhesives, and then hot-pressed. This substrate has a uniform structure, moderate density, good physical and mechanical properties and processing properties.

2. Green additives: Green pigments are added during the production process to make the board appear green, which not only plays a role in beauty, but also can be used as a logo to facilitate consumers to identify its special properties or uses.

3. Melamine facing: A layer of melamine impregnated paper is attached to the surface of the board. Melamine has the advantages of wear resistance, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, easy cleaning, acid and alkali resistance, etc. It can effectively protect the substrate, while providing a rich variety of color and texture options to enhance the decorativeness of the board.

4. High Moisture Resin: HMR (High Moisture Resistant) means high moisture resistance. By adding special moisture-proof resin, the board has excellent moisture resistance and can effectively resist the erosion of the board in a humid environment.

Product Features

1. Excellent moisture resistance: It can be used in an environment with a relative humidity higher than 85%, or occasionally in contact with water (except for immersion or watering). It can maintain good performance stability even when placed in water for a short period of time, effectively preventing deformation, mildew, rot and other problems caused by moisture.

2. Good physical and mechanical properties: High density, generally greater than 730kgs/m³ for boards with a thickness of 7-25mm, greater than 820kgs/m³ for boards with a thickness of 2-6mm, with high strength and hardness, good bending resistance, can withstand greater pressure and weight, and is not easy to break or deform.

3. Excellent environmental performance: It usually meets E1 or even higher environmental standards, has low formaldehyde emission, is friendly to human health and indoor environment, and is safer and more reliable to use.
Smooth surface: Melamine finish makes the surface of the board flat, smooth and fine, without obvious defects. It is not only beautiful, but also easy to clean and maintain. In daily use, just wipe it with a damp cloth to keep it clean and tidy.
